Javier Garcia is a native of San Antonio, TX. Prior to becoming a lawyer in 2010 Mr. Garcia was a police officer with the San Antonio Police Department. At the San Antonio Police Department Mr. Garcia was certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. His knowledge of these tests and police procedures gives him the ability to critically watch police body cams and dash cams. This ability has led to a dismissal of a number of DWI cases as he is able to explain to prosecutors how police officers failed to follow their own procedure.
